Walk-ins are welcome based on availability; tickets can be bought at the entrance of the event. Advanced ticket purchases are highly recommended. Any group less than a maximum table size of 6 will be sat with other guests in a family-style manner.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your reserved timeslot.

What is included in the reservation: 

• Admission to one 50-minute My Cup of Tea Café session
•  Seating within the café (communal seating may apply)
• Interactive table service provided by our maids and butlers
• Table games
• One bracelet craft to create and take home
• At least one live performance per session
• Access to our photo area during designated photo times. 

Rules: 

• Respect staff and guests
• No touching without consent, and absolutely no inappropriate behaviour 
• Tables cannot be pushed together
• No outside food or drinks (water permitted) 
• Children must remain with their accompanying adult at all times
• Service may be refused without refund if rules are broken

This year, food and beverages will not be served as part of the Maid Café experience. While we know this may be disappointing to those who have enjoyed the café offerings in previous years, this change allows us to focus on creating a fun, interactive, and memorable experience for all of our guests.

You'll still be able to enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, performances, games, and interactions with our wonderful maids and butlers. We're excited to bring you an entertaining experience and hope you'll join us!

Changes to your reservation (upgrades, adding on additional people) can be done until Thursday, November 19 at 12:00 PM. Changes are made by logging in to your account (link in confirmation email and at top of this page). No changes will result in a refund. After this point, no changes to your reservation can be made.
